And as it went on, watching the conspiracy episodes started to feel more and more like a slow-motion train wreck. The black oil does this! No, it does that! No, it's actually a breakfast cereal! The bounty-hunter will kill you! Or save you! Oh look, he's a figure of sympathy!<br><br>For a show that used to proudly proclaim that it had no writer's bible, the conspiracy stuff was a prime example of why it's best to plan some things.
